Kenneth Haskin, M.D. Treasurer Dr. Haskin retired after 17 years in the White-Wilson Internal Medicine Department and a total of 30 years of service to the community. He is board certified with the National Board of Medical Examiners and American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Haskin received his Medical Doctor degree from the University of California, Irvine. Dr. Haskin serves on the White-Wilson Medical Center Board of Directors. |

Mara Clark Mara Clark has been in the advertising and media industry for more than 20 years. Her expertise includes marketing strategy and campaign implementation, graphic design, and social media strategy. She currently works for Cox Media as the Digital Media Product Specialist for the FL/GA Region. In here, she puts her skills to good use as she collaborates to create compelling multi-screen campaigns that accomplish client's goals. She is certified by the prestigious IAB on Digital Media Sales, Certified in Google Analytics, and has a degree in Advertising from the University of Puerto Rico. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach, working on her fashion blog with photographer/husband Jim Clark (@CareerMyStyle), and watching her two kids be part of their high school marching band. She currently serves on the AAF 4th District's Executive Board as the Immediate Past Governor. |

Mark Dutram Mark Dutram, CPWA®, CFP®, AEP® has over twenty-five years of experience in helping to meet the financial, retirement and investment planning needs of families, business owners, and professionals. Having earned his CERTIFIED PRIVATE WEALTH ADVISOR® certification, the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification, and The Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) certification, Mark's goal is to offer clients access to a broad spectrum of investment and financial planning services. Professional affiliations include Financial Planning Association (FPA), Investments and Wealth Institute, and the National Association of Estate Planning Councils. Mark was part of the 20th Special Operations Squadron at Hurlburt Field prior to start his career in finance. This has given him a passion for those who have served our country. As an active member in the local community, Mark serves on the following: Board of Directors of the Emerald Coast Estate Planning Council, Board of Directors of the White Wilson Community Foundation, Board of Trustees for the Destin Fire Control Pension Fund, as well as multiple Chamber of Commerce memberships. Mark and his wife Sondra are active members of Destiny Worship Center and Mark teaches classes at Northwest Florida State College on various life and financial planning concepts such as investments, asset management, risk management, and estate planning. |

Dr. Robert Kiskaddon Dr. Robert Kiskaddon is the Chief Medical Officer of Fort Walton Beach Medical Center. Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Dr. Kiskaddon joined HCA in 2018 and brings 25 years of clinical experience in Emergency Medicine and 35 years of healthcare administrative leadership to his role as Chief Medical Officer (CMO). In addition to having served as a CMO in the UNC Health Care system, Dr. Kiskaddon's prior positions for have included CMO for a national healthcare consulting firm and medical school faculty appointments at Stanford, Yale and the University of Illinois. Dr. Kiskaddon received his medical training in at the University of Connecticut and completed his Emergency Medicine residency at the University of Pittsburgh. During his career he has served as department chairman in several organizations, a helicopter flight physician, state regional and municipal medical director roles and as medical director for the FBI SWAT team in Connecticut. Dr. Kiskaddon continues to focus his efforts on guiding the transformation of healthcare as the industry moves towards achieving the healthcare Triple Aim goals of improved community wellness; enhanced quality and satisfaction; and lower cost of care. |

Ray McGovern Ray McGovern, CPWA® is a Managing Director, Wealth Management Advisor and Portfolio Manager with McGovern, O'Dell & Associates at Merrill Lynch. Ray joined Merrill Lynch in 1981 in New York City and has been in the Fort Walton Beach office since 1983. He has been named in Barron's annual ranking of the Top 1,000 Financial Advisors in the United States from 2010 thru 2013 and in Barron's Top 1200 Financial Advisors in the United States from 2014 thru 2019. In 2018 and 2019 Ray was named to the Forbes "Best-in-State Wealth Advisors" list. He has served on the Fort Walton Beach Medical Center Advisory Board, the Emerald Coast Children's Advocacy Center Board of Directors, the Northwest Florida State College Foundation Board of Directors and is involved with many charitable organizations throughout the community. Neko Stubblefield Neko Stubblefield is the Membership and Community Development Manager with Eglin Federal Credit Union. Ms. Stubblefield is a graduate of Faulkner University's Harris College of Business and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with an emphasis in Corporate Finance. Neko moved to the Emerald Coast 24 years ago and has called it home ever since. Ms. Stubblefield is active in the local community and serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Board of the Crestview Area Chamber of Commerce as Vice Chair of the Membership Committee. Her extensive career within the financial services industry, serving in various management and leadership roles, has afforded her the opportunity to partner with area non-profit organizations and schools conducting financial literacy seminars to help prepare and position young adults to achieve financial success. Neko has been honored with various career achievement awards and is actively involved in serving her community through volunteer efforts with the Crestview Mentor Program, Habitat for Humanity, American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association, and Okaloosa Saves. Ms. Stubblefield also serves our community through membership in the Fort Walton Beach, Niceville/Valparaiso, Destin, Navarre, and Crestview Chambers of Commerce. Neko credits her role as "Mother in Chief" as her most valued role to date and it is her love and devotion to her children, Joshua and Madison, that sustains her. |
