Teresa Halverson is the Director of Business Development and Community Relations where she has been employed for the past 18 years. She is a graduate of UNLV-Las Vegas with a degree in Social Work. Teresa is actively involved in the community and has served as an Honorary Commander for EAFB, Hurlburt Field, and 7th Special Forces. Teresa is the current Chair of the White Wilson Community Foundation where she has been a board member for the past 4 Years. She is a past Chair of the Board for the Niceville-Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce, Current Chairman of the Military Affairs Committee, Current Board Member for the Greater Fort Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce, and a member of Destin Chamber of Commerce. Teresa was recently nominated and elected to the Board of Directors for the NWFSC Foundation. Other civic involvement includes Chair of the Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation (term ending June 2022), and past President of the Fisher House of the Emerald Coast. With over 30 years in leadership in the healthcare field, Teresa spends her spare time creating custom jewelry.

Her spouse is a retired Air Force F-15 WSO and their son, Garret, is an F-8 pilot in the Marines. She and her husband

Mr. Gieseman is the Chief Executive Officer of White-Wilson Medical Center and is well recognized within the health care industry. He is active in the community and has served as Chairman of the Greater FWB Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of Okaloosa /Walton County United Way, and Vice President of the Mental Health association of Okaloosa/Walton Counties.

Bob is the General Manager of Destin Commons and has held that position since 2009. Bob is active in our local community, having served on the boards of the Emerald Coast Foundation, Rotary Club of Destin, Resurrection Catholic Church and the Destin Chamber of Commerce.

He has managed shopping malls and strip centers ranging in size from 100,000 sq. ft. to over 2.0 million sq. ft., including properties in Atlanta, Birmingham and St. Thomas, U.S.V.I. Property Management is his second career after spending the first 15 years out of college in the oil and gas industry.

Bob and his wife Bonnie currently reside in Miramar Beach, have three grown children and four grandchildren.

Mark Dutram, CPWA®, CFP®, AEP® has over twenty-five years of experience in helping to meet the financial, retirement and investment planning needs of families, business owners, and professionals.

Having earned his CERTIFIED PRIVATE WEALTH ADVISOR® certification, the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification, and The Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) certification, Mark's goal is to offer clients access to a broad spectrum of investment and financial planning services. Professional affiliations include Financial Planning Association (FPA), Investments and Wealth Institute, and the National Association of Estate Planning Councils.

As an active member in the local community, Mark serves on the following: Board of Directors of the Emerald Coast Estate Planning Council, Board of Directors of the White Wilson Community Foundation, Board of Trustees for the Destin Fire Control Pension Fund, as well as multiple Chamber of Commerce memberships. Mark and his wife Sondra are active members of Destiny Worship Center and Mark teaches classes at Northwest Florida State College on various life and financial planning concepts such as investments, asset management, risk management, and estate planning.

Mara Clark has led an impressive career as a Marketer and Strategist in her 22 years working in the Advertising industry. Mara believes a well-developed strategy combined with client communication and cohesive messaging are not only fundamental for campaign success, but are also what signifies the core values of our treasured industry. She's been featured in several local, well-known industry publications as a "Top Business Woman to Watch" and "Ocala's 40 under 40."

Serving as the Digital Media Strategist at Cox Media, Mara plays a major role in Media Planning, Campaign Development/Implementation, and Analytics. Through her commitment to this role, she has helped Cox Media improve internal department processes, ease of product knowledge, and client transparency.

Prior to her current role in the Digital Media department, Mara worked as a Senior Marketing Communication Specialist, helping the Florida/Georgia division with email campaigns, client events, and serving as the resident product expert. Before joining the marketing team, she was a Media Sales Consultant in the Gainesville/Ocala market.

She's heavily involved with the American Advertising Federation where she served as Governor of her District (District 4 FL & Caribbean) back in 2016 and now serves as the District's Education chair. Mara currently lives in Niceville where she enjoys the "working from home" life, the beautiful panhandle's emerald green beaches, and life with two teens, a cat, and beloved husband.

Jack Azzaretto, PhD

Jack Azzaretto, PhD
John F. (Jack) Azzaretto retired as Professor of Public and Nonprofit Administration, College of Education and Professional Studies at the University of West Florida. He is the 2011 recipient of the prestigious Walter S. Bittner Service Citation and was named the first Florida Department of Education Workforce Partner as part of the 3rd Annual Workforce Professional Development Academy.

Prior to joining UWF in 2006, Dr. Azzaretto was Vice Chancellor of Public Service and International Education and Dean of University Extension and Summer Sessions at the University of California Riverside. He was granted emeritus status upon his retirement from the University of California. Prior to UCR, Azzaretto worked at several institutions of higher education in teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in public and nonprofit administration, was a consultant to multiple state and local governments, and active in the field of adult and professional continuing education.

Dr. Azzaretto served our country as a Lieutenant in the US Army and is a veteran of the Vietnam War. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Northeastern University (1969); an MA in Government and Politics, University of Maryland (1974); an MPA in Public Administration (1979), and a Doctor of Public Administration (1983), from the University of Southern California.

Ray McGovern is a managing director and wealth management advisor for McGovern, O'Dell & Associates at Merrill Lynch. Ray joined Merrill Lynch in 1981 in New York City and has been at the Fort Walton Beach office since 1983. He was named in Barron's annual ranking of the Top 1,000 Financial Advisors in the U.S. from 2010 through 2013 and in Barron's Top 1,200 Financial Advisors in the U.S. from 2014 through 2019. In 2018 and 2019, Ray was included in the Forbes "Best-in-State Wealth Advisors" list.

He has served on the Fort Walton Beach Medical Center Advisory Board, the Emerald Coast Children's Advocacy Center Board of Directors, the Northwest Florida State College Foundation Board of Directors and is involved with many charitable organizations throughout the community. Ray and his wife Judy reside in Fort Walton Beach.

NNeko Stubblefield is the Vice President of Membership and Community Development with Eglin Federal Credit Union. Neko is a graduate of Faulkner University's Harris College of Business and holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in corporate finance.

Her extensive career within the financial services industry, including serving in various management and leadership roles, has afforded her the opportunity to partner with area non-profit organizations and schools conducting financial literacy seminars to help prepare and position young adults to achieve financial success.

Neko has been honored with various career achievement awards and is actively involved in serving her community through volunteer efforts with the Crestview Mentor Program, Habitat for Humanity, American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association and Okaloosa Saves. She also serves the community through membership in the Fort Walton Beach, Niceville/Valparaiso, Destin, Navarre and Crestview Chambers of Commerce. Neko credits her position as "Mother in Chief" as her most valued role to date, and it is her love and devotion to her children, Joshua and Madison, that sustains her.

  Colonel Michele Shelton, USAF, Retired, MSc, BSN, RN-BC
Michele is a retired U.S. Air Force Colonel with almost 29 years' experience as a leader in executive medicine and driving military organizations toward high reliability. She now supports the Veteran's Health Administration High Reliability Support team as a High Reliability Organization Executive Leader Coach in Change Management. Michele is a transformational leader with over 10 years of C-suite operational leadership and healthcare administration experience.

As the Special Assistant to the Air Force Surgeon General for High Reliability, she specialized in high reliability and change management policy. Michele led the AFMS's enterprise-wide high reliability efforts and implemented healthcare improvement policies impacting 44,000 healthcare personnel in 76 Medical Treatment Facilities serving 2.6 million beneficiaries. As the AFMS' Defense Health Agency (DHA) liaison, she also led the DHA in building upon their current high reliability initiatives to establish the Military Health System's first-ever HRO governance structure.

Michele has consistently provided leadership development and executive coaching to individuals and multidisciplinary teams. Michele's extensive military health care experiences include Chief Operations Officer, Chief Nurse Executive, Aeromedical Evacuation, Master Instructor, and inpatient/outpatient clinical operations. Michele is a board-certified Ambulatory care nurse and has training in Patient Safety Executive Development from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement and Executive Leader Patient Centered Medical Home training.
